Sales commission is the money received by an individual based on the level of sales obtained by that individual alse this money that obtained by individuals is not in their salary and its base on their amount of sales obtained. That was the basic idea of the topic .but their is plans for this . Is to get high salary and low commissiom and in the other hand you may have down salary with high commission .
