missing columns

I was trying to translate a SAS data to csv, and the outcome doesn't appear right. The attached sas file is the original one, attrition1.csv is the one obtained using sas7bdat_to_csv, and attrition2.csv is obtained via statTransfer. As you can see, some colums in attritions1.csv are missing. Another similar issue that I encountered is that, when the row has a missing field, then all the fields after that do not get read in. Is this a bug, or is it that I didn't do it correclty? Thanks!
