Release 2.1.0 broken on PyPi

I've just run pip install sas7bdat but since 2.1.0 is live on PyPi it has stopped installing the actual module. Maybe it's related to the change in the setup.py file?

You're right, thanks for bring it to my attention. I fixed the issue with 2.1.1.
