Doesn't work in Windows console

This might not be surprising as I don't think it was envisioned to...

However, with the new module "colorama" I can get homegrown ansi and the termcolor module to work. Would be nice if this one did too (sans 8-bit).

For whatever reason the module objects don't load on Windows:
