trying to boot up big box at the start of the computer any idea i keep getting big box has stop working

Delay the startup of BigBox and see if that does it, or try auto launching from a different method, there are a few. I don't think this is a bug with BigBox though as we have lots of users who do this, but if we need this ticket re-opened then please let us know.
