Scrapper should rename media to match the rom name

As the title describes, it would be nice if the media/artwork were named after the rom they support. This would make it easier to find the associated media if you want to change it. It would also make the media more flexible for people that use multiple frontends.

The media does match the rom file name or the game name in LaunchBox. If I misunderstand you then let me know, but this is already what happens.
