Bigbox Universal BG to use when BG not present

Like launchbox, i would like the option to set up a default image just in case a game doesn't have one. For platform view and for game view. Each platform would have a different one that will display under any game under said platform that doesn't have a bg image.

I'd like this to happen like it does in launchbox. Also, with not just images, but videos as well.
