[Version 6.3-beta 8] Image priorities don't update

There are some games on my Launchbox which don't have any box art whatsoever, but they have banner art. So I select "banner" as my lowest priority, in the settings but it doesn't update or show banners. I'm using Windows 10, and this happens at all times. To reproduce, add a game that has no Box art (Microsoft Solitaire Collection for Windows for example), add "banner" as a priority for front box, and restart. It doesn't show.

Refresh the images under Tools. We do seem to have a bug where images are not automatically refreshed in the cache.
