graphics glitch of windows 10 os

I'm using launchbox and retroarch,i have a ati radeon hd 3200 graphics card.when I exit the emulater or hit the windows button it glitches out and makes my graphics driver stop working properly and it has to recover.after this happens most the open boxes and things I click will be pixalated with weird gray pixel scatter.my graphics driver is up to date but windows removed my catalyst control center when I upgraded to windows 10.please fix this glitch please. contact me if you have any questions regarding this issue.

Unless he e-mails us, we can't e-mail back every specific person. That is why the BitBucket exists.

This also has absolutely nothing to do with RetroArch or LaunchBox and everything to do with your drivers. Your drivers either need to be updated, you need to get a newer GPU or better air cooling / cleaning as it could also be overheating. Your control center more than likely didn't go anywhere though, and if it did you can simply re-install it from the AMD Website. The most likely scenario is your card is old and starting to fail.
