Problems with video playback

Hi,

I am runnning Winuae (Amiga emulator) and when I go into Launchbox/Bigbox and see the games the video is playing fine. When I select a game to play and quit and go back to Launchbox/Bigbox the video wont play. I have a earlier version of Launchbox version 5.8 where I dont have this problem. Now I am running version 6.2 and having the problem all the time. I am running Windows 8.

I have attached the message that I get with the problem. Hope you can solve the problem.
