How i delete a filter "series" ?

I add some "series" like franchises.

"Mario Bros" "Final Fantasy"

add is easy, but how a change the name ou delete?

Did you add a series title when you edited a game? If so just remove it the same way you added it. If there are multiple games use the Bulk Edit Wizard. Ctrl + Click the games you want to change, right click edit, then choose series from the drop down menu.
