Custom sorting for platforms (and all other arrange by types)

Want to specify the sort order for platforms, specifically (for example, wanting PC before Nintendo). Could be solved by adding a custom sort order field to platforms just like the custom sort order for title. Not sure how best to solve.

I like this. Drag and dropping the names for positioning like internet browser tabs seems like the best bet.
