Sega Genesis games are being detected as Mega Drive

Former user created an issue

a lot of the US versions of Genesis games are matching to European Mega Drive artwork.

    Thanks Anonymous, this should all be fixable by the community. The issue is that the images are incorrect on the LaunchBox Games Database.
