Charged twice for Launchbox

My name is John Crowley. I attempted to purchase Launchbox on 6/15 but never received my license email. I then attempted again on 7/2 and received my license. I now see that I was charged twice at $50 even though I did not receive the first license. Would you please refund me $50?
