mini flag icon next to title to show region

I used to fool with a front end called Emualtor Organiser and one of the features it had was a small flag/icon next to the title in the ROM list that featured the country's flag that the ROM was associated with. Can something similar be implemented for those who want to see what region said ROM is at a glance?

This could add a nice touch, now that Region information can be parsed from ROM file names
