Keeping No-Intro file names when importing

Would like to be able to keep my ROM file name when importing. I have beta/prototype/etc in the file name that differentiates it from other copies of the same game, not to mention the region type as well. I understand that that may cause scraping issues, and can work around, but would like to be able to keep the ROM file title as is.
