i (information) popup issue

When i click the i for information (iv set it up as a popup window not sidebar) the window will popup but if i move the mouse slightly the window will close by itself, would it be possible to make an option so when i first click the i it locks the popup until i click it again to close (like you do with the image viewer thats next to the i) ?

Im on the Latest beta as always. Im on windows 10 Pro 64bit (paid disk version).
