Paid for premium bot not received a key

Former user created an issue

Hi,

I paid $20 for the premium service (big box) but have yet to receive a key via email. I have attached proof of payment and can confirm that I paid using VISA debit, card number ending 4955 on Wednesday 13th July at around 8pm UK time.

I may have incorrectly entered my email address, but it should have been 'robandsteph90@hotmail.com'.

Can you please help?
