Big Box not loading (Shows in Task Manager)

Just paid for a license.

Big box splash screen will pop up and then disappear after playing the startup sound. No interface shows up but still shows up in Task Manager.

Thank you anonymous, apologies for the trouble here. I'll need to work through this with you; it's hard to figure out how to fix it without more information. Worst case scenario is I can offer you a refund if for some reason it's not working on your machine, but hopefully we can get it figured out.
