Delete ROMs/ images when deleting platforms

As per [discussion in Beta forum]https://www.launchbox-app.com/forum/features/launchbox-beta-testing/page-118#p22452) with Jason/ Brad - need to add extra deletion options when deleting platforms. Proposed dialogue below:

Suggest that this dialogue also be implemented to standardard deletion within LaunchBox.
