Emulator settings error

I was able to setup all of my systems properly until I got to mame. I have two retroarchs. One is named retroarch unzip and the other is retroarch arcade. This is so I can unzip all the non arcade roms, but keep the arcade roms zipped. I had CPS1 and CPS2 as well as the Konami arcade games working, however after adding in the Mame roms, something went wrong with the emulator settings. The retroarch arcade does not seem to be working properly.

Basically I can make a new retroarch just called retroarch and make a new CPS1, CPS2, or Konami entry, but as soon as I add more than one at a time, the previous arcade roms stop working. What is even more odd, I can completely delete the retroarch arcade emulator settings, and the games I have started at least once in cps1 cps2, or konami arcade still work. No matter how many times I select all the games, and right click, go to edit, and change the emulator to retroarch arcade, I cannot get the arcade machines to work again.

Since I can delete the entries of CPS1 from all the emulator settings and still play the games I have played at least once before, it seems to me like the xml is corrupt or something and not letting me assign emulators any longer.
