Can Add Platform But Not Emulator Error

I am having a problem on version 6.3 where I can add the platform in this case future pinball but not the emulator.. because what happens is where I try to add the emulator it say's I need to add at least one applicable platform in the grid but nothing is showing in the associated platforms even though I added it to manage platforms. And it actually does show when I go to manage platforms.. just not when I try to add the emulator.. not showing there at all so I can not add the emulator at all...

Hi Robert! Go to tools<manage emulators and download the emulator you want. Then go to associated platforms and in a new row (the first empty row on the list,) type the platform you want the emulator for and click okay. It should work from there. :) If you need more help let me know.

I got it now ok I did not realize I had to type it in there because it auto populated some platforms there that I have added in the past few days but now it does not seem to? Not sure if it's buggy or just me.. is it suppose to have results there if I already added the platform?

Hi Robert, you will see different results depending on whether or not we have an automatic configuration in place for that emulator (in other words if they are available in the drop down list). We need to get back to the list and add more emulators to it, but as far as I know there shouldn't be any bugs there.
