Implement more Windows-proper multiple selections in LaunchBox

The deselect is not working when clicking multiple games while holding ctrl.

    Hey Jason, I can't really describe to you many specifics about this, because it's so random and I am never prepared when it actually does, but there is a bug with "shift" selecting as well.

    Sometimes if you try to select a continuous batch of games LB will actually select all games you DIDN'T highlight.

    Rather annoying when you're working semi-dazedly and you accidentally mass edit the wrong batch, and it would really be aggravating if you deleted some like this.
