Merge PC and Windows categories

It doesn't make much sense as to why there are two categories for the exact same thing. Half of my PC collection is categorized as Windows and the other as PC.

Hi Fil, this is happening because we used to call "Windows" "PC". We've now split "PC" to "MS-DOS" and "Windows" instead of just PC. There are no games under the PC category anymore, but they probably still are in your collection.
