Game disks

Hey, can I suggest Having PlayStation Disks and PS2 Disks as a functionality? or really any game disks an emulator might use and have it associate with an emulator when you place it in? It's probably a lil difficult, but I think it can happen! xD It would be great for those who already have the games. Tho I'm pretty sure you can have it simplified to where for certain platforms it has a use disk window that tries to read the default disk. I actually have like an entire PS1 and PS2 collection I don't really care to rip because of space reasons. I also have a DVD drive in every system I keep launchbox in. In some cases 2.

I know not everyone caries a DVD or a Blue-ray drive in their system because it's unnecessary and they want to save space, but I like some of my older games where I just place a physical disk in! xD

Yes, I know I was saying pretty much the same thing for 2 paragraphs

List of Systems I carry Disks for aside from ones I know windows doesn't read PlayStation 2 PlayStation 1 Dreamcast

Granted I have both a Game cube and a Wii with a whole collection of games for those there are not many disk drives that can even read them.

Thanks Marshall, that's a new request. Not a bad idea though; are you thinking just an option to play whatever disc is in the drive with a particular emulator?

Something like that, I was saying that was one of the ways it could be implemented.Another would be for it to read the disk and try to determine which system it's best for, but I think having you manually choose from the menu itself might be a bit more reliable. Like a load from disk option. Most likely not floppy disks tho, because I really don't know a console that does such aside f- Ok maybe one then.. lol But that one can easily be placed on a computer because it's really small anyways! xD Commodore 64! xD
