Game List Import with Local Metadata

Allow the user to import a list of games with metadata in CSV format.

This will allow users to import games and data from many sources, like other frontends databases (export tools must be created for those front ends).

Options:

• The user can use the CSV metadata only, downlaod metadata to complete missing fields or overwrite CVS data with online data.
• The user can define one or various rompaths where to look for the files, or the CSV can include the rom file path per game.
• The user can chose to Download Images and Videos or copy local Files for every Launchbox image/video/manual/music category defining the resources paths in the CSV file.
