LaunchBox will not display any videos

I can't get lunchbox to show videos in the details panel, i have enabled auto play videos.

as you can see in the screenshot i have a video files for the games and videos do play in Bigbox.

    i installed fresh version of Lunchbox and its working fine not sure what the problem was
