Mouse Clicking Menu Items Issue Bigbox

Clicking or double clicking on mouse items that have a colon doesn't change the option. If I want to change a theme and I click on theme:Default, it doesn't go to the next theme. Instead I have to highlight theme:Default and then double click on Views over to the left. Perhaps left mouse button should scoot the option forward and right mouse button shall scoot the option backward? And/or the mouse wheel can do the same based on if scrolled up or down while highlighting the option? And right mouse button will still be able to back out of the menu if mouse is hovered over option categories on the left. But not if hovered over anything to the right to avoid conflict.

This is for all option categories.

Secondly, I would like to ask for single click to enter the Bigbox MAIN menu categories instead of double clicks.

Third, I guess I should but the bug reported in the forums that the mouse cannot enter the Platforms on the wheel at all. Would be great if I could enter with a double click. And for games, double left click to play and single right click on a game to enter details.
