WMP engine doesn’t resize videos with high resolution in BB

I’m currently working on my BigBox theme and noticed that the WMP engine doesn’t resize videos with a high resolution (in my case a 1920x1080 FullHD video). Instead of making the video smaller so that it fits to the space it just stays in its original resolution and gets cut out.

The VLC engine on the other hand handles it like it is supposed to do.

I'm using version 6.7 on Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

I've attached 2 screenshots which are showing the same theme with the same video on VLC and on WMP.

Just did some more tests and the sizing error only appears on the platform filter and doesn't occur in the games views.
