[Feature Suggestion] Xinput Wrapper

Hi

If possible, it would be nice if a Xinput wrapper could be created for emulators to give it Xinput functionality. So it could be part of the "Edit" for emulators in the "Manage Emulators" section. Maybe create it as a checkbox, so if you want to use it u can otherwise you don't have to.

Some emulators supports this, it's built-in the emulator like Epsxe (PS1) and PCSX2 (PS2). But some emulators don't have it.

Reason

The reason I ask is I tend to stream my PC screen to my phone and then to my TV. I then connect my Xbox 360 controller to my phone. Now if the emulator does not have Xinput it won't recognize the key presses unless the controller is directly connect to the PC. But if it supports Xinput I can play with the Xbox 360 controller even if it is connected to my phone. so please consider this
