Background Audio and Muting Videos

I would love to see a feature where I can mute the background videos and also have ambient background music that will play over every menu like Steams Big Picture mode.

I feel as though the menu navigation isn't very unified and I think it would be cool to have background music playing over the platforms and game library sections with muted videos. But whenever you go to the game specific screen, it would play the downloaded game audio from the database or continue with the background music if it is missing game specific audio.

I hope I'm being clear with what I'm requesting!
I just think it will make this program feel more unified.
