Games Database Update Plea

Moderating the database is a mess at the moment. Here are some well overdue overhauls that I beg you to add:

-Ability to vote on a game for "Completed" status. After enough community votes moderators could approve Completed status or mark it as not with reasons why. Once a game is approved as Complete, only fanart & alternative box art can be uploaded. This would save so much time with invalid requests on popular games.

Ability to report if a game is not actually complete^
Add a forum badge as incentive for more # of complete games contributed.

Moderators need: -Ability to see if previous denied attempts at changes have been made by the same user -Have a skip game button -Have a more weighted vote on whether a game is "Complete" or not ^ -Instead of outright denying a change, be able to correct it on the same approval page, & then submit this new change ourselves.
