Add option to not ignore "the", "a", and "an"

Games wont use the word "THE" properly, its being ignored, but when you add a game to sort title and put "THE" infront of of whatever the game is called, the games wont go under T, by putting Only the word "THE" in the sort title then the games will go under T but will be in random order and not alphabetical, its really annoying, please fix this issue

"The" is ignored on purpose. Gonna change this to add an option to not ignore "the", "a", and "an".
