Multithreaded Downloads

This was considered a while back but I'm not finding an actual issue for it.

Please add multithreaded downloads so downloading media is much faster. When importing SNES, HyperSync is about 5 times faster.

I would like to extend the multithreaded downloads with Batch like functionality. so I can set up multiple download plans that Launchbox will handle step by step.

Downloads have been multi threaded for a long while. Previously we used multiple threads to download the same item. Recently we changed this to download several files at once each with their own single dedicated thread to speed up downloads.
