"Additional Apps": "run after main app"+FS-UAE not working

Former user created an issue

The app set to "run after main app" is started immediately after the FS-UAE.exe is started, not when it closes

    Unfortunately some emulators that use multiple EXEs just will not work with this feature, and there's not a lot we can do about it.
