Consolidate Atari 8-bit Into Single DB Platform

There are currently two separate platforms in the Launchbox DB for Atari 800 and Atari XE - two variants on a single computer line (not unlike the various Amiga models). These should be merged together into a single platform in the DB and then renamed to be Atari 8-bit.
