Theme Overrides

Requesting per platform theme overrides be considered. Being able to use a slightly modified version of a theme could allow per platform fixes on things like video aspect ratio.

I second this - I like the default theme with my box art and clear logos + info for everything but arcade. For arcade I would love a different wheel setting and the theme video to be the most visible non dimmed item.
