Allow extracting ROMs from zip/7z/RAR upon startup, provide dialog to pick ROM if multiples

The 7z extraction works really good... we are only missing the dialog to pick ROM if multiples. This could be a really simple and elegant way to add ROM Region support, without the need of implementing something complicated like how RomCenter works (reading from the No-Intro database, determining ROM region, ROM revision, it's clones, etc).

If you have a 7z file like this: Pokemon - Red Version (USA).gb ////// Pokemon - Version Roja (Spain).gb ////// Pocket Monsters - Aka (Japan).gb

The user just have to choose which file to load.
