I am writing this in concerns of my Launchbox Premium License. I purchased the license a month ago, and I have not been about to use it. I have tried everything and it still won't work. I am very unhappy with the way you conduct business. I have made several attempts to contact you about this, and you haven't made any effort to contact me back with any response. I would like you to credit my money back to my account as soon as possible, please.
