Apparent Bandwidth Throttling of Launch Box DB and Main Site to Users in Guatemala

Whenever downloading LaunchBox or from LaunchBox DB the connection appears to be throttled to anywhere from 1-3mbits/s. Tested from multiple ISP's and IP addresses on a 10mbit connection. Only solution currently is to download via VPN routed through the US. Overzealous DDoS protection?

Problem may affect other countries, haven't tested.
