LaunchBox and bigBox

Hi, im having problems with both LaunchBox / big box i have changed my internet virus program and still have a problem i have BullGuard internet and it keeps removing the LaunchBox desktop icon and totally removes bigbox.exe. when i am able to open LaunchBox it allows me to use it fine but not in big box i don't know what the problem is, i don't know how to get this problem sorted since the update with the speech and binkly update. Also i cant get any mic to work with the speech any ideas on that please? iv not be able to use big box as a big box customer i find this very frustrating. please could you upload a video or some way of fixing the problem so that i can use this working again please? i paid to use this so would like to use it without problems. I also have an idea, could you please add a way that we can upload our own front end videos. thank you

Hi Phillip, I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about the anti-virus thing; we've spent a ton of time trying to get past anti-virus false positives and we've concluded that there's nothing more we can do. Anti-virus programs are notorious for being horribly inaccurate and problematic, and it sounds like BullGuard is one of the worst. We strongly recommend users to uninstall any third-party anti-virus programs and use Microsoft's anti-virus that's built-in to Windows. We've found that it's effective and yet does not cause problems like so many other anti-virus programs.

If this is unacceptable to you, I am happy to offer you a refund. Again, my apologies for the trouble.

Per the voice recognition issues, the latest beta may help to resolve the issue, as we've put in some fixes for it in the 6.10 betas.
