Incorrect procedure in Backup options

Since 6.10 and splitting of the xml file to several, the instruction for restoring is incorrect in Tools->Options->Backups

    i also wish there could be an option to reduce the number of backups since my 25 backups take nearly 1GB.

    also noticed that i'm not so sure any backups are being done anymore because i only have one dated today and no others for last 8 days.
