Cannot Exit Games toReturn to Launchbox

I am using Launchbox Premium 6.10, MAME 176, and an X-Arcade tankstick. The only way I can exit game and return to Launchbox is to press the "END" key on the keyboard. How can I exit back to launchbox using my tankstick?
