Former user created an issue

I can launch both programs from 2 other laptops but not from one desktop PC (all machines running latest win 10 build).

this error appears when running both launchbox and big box exe files from the remote folder. Launchbox app and games both located on a nas shared folder.

Hi Anonymous, this happens because certain DirectX libraries are missing from that machine. If you just run the LaunchBox setup program on that machine, it should add the missing libraries. You don't have to keep the installation have running the install.
