BigBox Freezes when Launched

I am using LaunchBox 6.11 on Windows 10. When I was trying to get my controller to work with BigBox, the program suddenly frozed trying to choose my controller from the devices option. Now, BigBox won't even open at all, it just freezes when the logo appears.

I've tried deleting my config and restarting it, but nothing is working. This issue happens every time I open BigBox.

Hi Anonymous, what controller are you using? Also, try re-running the setup as it's possible that some DirectX libraries might be missing.
