LEDBlinky Control Preview queue overload

Launchbox - 6.11 LEDBLinky 6.3.0.1 MAME .169 Platform - Arcade (MAME), but probably applies to everything.

When Launchbox is set to preview controls when browsing the game list, if you scroll through games quickly, LB seems to fire off the commands to LEDBlinky quicky in mass, and when you stop on a particular game, you have to wait for all the other previews to display before it finally ends up on the currently selected game.

Fix could be something like suspend sending commands to LEDBlinky while scrolling / maybe a slight delay on "user stops on game for 2 seconds before commands are sent to LEDBlinky" - slight delay so you don't get the huge queue / buffer to go through.
