Big Box mode key stuck

After recent update, big box mode behaves as if the 'up arrow' key is stuck with a constant scrolling of the system/console selection screen. Must force quit big box to exit. Launchbox desktop mode, games, and all other apps on the PC behave normally. Any ideas?

Hi Anonymous, this is most likely caused by a stray controller on your system not being recognized properly or getting stuck in the up position. Try disabling game controllers to see if that fixes it. If you can't get in to disable the controllers, make sure you detach all controller type USB devices and then try.
