deleting all games from a platform resets all platform folder settings

ugh. i deleted all my ps1 games (but didn't delete the platform) so i could reimport them to fix the multi disc game thumbnail issue where each multi disc game would have a thumbnail for each disc. that worked. but it lost all my custom paths to video, box art, clear logos, etc. i had to redo all the folder paths for ps1.
