Option to close auto-started additional application on exit

This would be very helpful. I currently run Munt ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/munt/ ) for my Roland emulation. It launches and runs fine with the game but does not shut down with the game.

Also it would be nice if Additional application would check if the program is already running so we don't have multiple of the application running.
