Bigbox fail to start if LaunchBox\Themes\Documentation.pdf is opened

Former user created an issue

Luckily the exception popup window is telling it (System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access 'G:\LaunchBox\Themes\Documentation.pdf' because it is in use by another process)
